Every pair of TriXstar Altair Cheer Shoes and Europa Slides comes with a 6-month TriXstar warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your legal guarantee. We stand behind them because we use premium materials built not to break down.

Why we can offer 6 months

Cheer is hard on footwear. Tumbling, stunting and long training weeks wear ordinary shoes out fast. That's why we build the Altair and Europa Slides from premium materials that hold their shape, grip and support – and why we back every pair with our own 6-month TriXstar warranty, handled directly by our team.

  • Faults in materials or workmanship
  • Sole or upper separation not caused by misuse
  • Stitching or bonding that fails under normal cheer use
  • Defects in TriXstar Altair Cheer Shoes and Europa Slides bought from TriXstar
Not covered

Wear, damage and care

  • Normal wear and tear from training and competition
  • Accidental damage, misuse or modification
  • Damage from improper care, such as machine washing or tumble drying
  • Laces and removable insoles

How to make a claim

Start your claim

Open our Redo claims portal within 6 months of purchase. Enter your order number and email, choose the item and tell us what’s wrong, then upload clear photos of the fault.

We assess it

We review your claim, and you can track its progress in Redo at any time. If we need the item back, Redo provides a return label, and for approved claims we cover the return shipping.

We make it right

We repair or replace the item in the same style and size. If that isn't available, we offer a refund.

Please stop wearing the item as soon as you notice a fault, and keep your proof of purchase.

Your legal guarantee

As a consumer in the EU, you are entitled by law to remedies from the seller free of charge if your goods are not in conformity with the contract, for at least 2 years from delivery. Those remedies are not affected by this TriXstar warranty.

The 6-month TriXstar warranty is a commercial guarantee given in addition to your legal guarantee of conformity. It does not replace, limit or reduce your legal rights. If you are in the UK, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are likewise not affected.
