Where we ship from

All European orders are packed and dispatched from our EU warehouse in Kerkrade, the Netherlands, run by our fulfilment partner Sprint Logistics. Because your order ships from inside the EU, there are no extra import duties for EU customers.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a DPD tracking number by email. In most European countries, DPD also sends a Predict notification on the day of delivery with a 1-hour delivery window.

We also ship free to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland, with Express available for €15. Orders to these countries ship with DPD International. They are outside the EU, so deliveries pass through customs and may take longer. UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days. TriXstar is online only, so all orders are delivered by DPD. We don't offer click & collect or in-store pickup.

Do you sell gift cards?

Not at the moment. Gift cards aren't currently available.

Can I change my delivery address?
