The TriXstar Altair has been named the No. 1 Best Overall Cheerleading Shoe of 2026 by Cheer Daily. Cheer Daily's annual guide put the Altair at the top of a 15-shoe list, ahead of the leading cheer shoe brands, and it comes straight after the Altair won Best Cheer Shoe at The Cheer Awards 2026.

"Taking the No. 1 spot is the TriXstar Altair, winner of Best Cheer Shoe at The Cheer Awards 2026."
– Cheer Daily

Built for every position on the mat

We designed the Altair around what elite all-star athletes need most: durability, comfort, launch and support. Cheer Daily noted that the Altair "combines a breathable Xduro knit upper with a compound sole engineered for support, durability and control during stunting and tumbling," and called it a shoe "designed for flyers, bases and tumblers who want a versatile performance shoe."

What Cheer Daily highlighted

• Performance Lifting Grooves – extra grip for bases when it counts.
• Toe Spring Pads – a responsive push-off for jumps and tumbling.
• Integrated arch support – stability through long practices and competition days.
• Wide Anchor Lacing System – a locked-in fit.
• Achilles Protection Cushion – a secure, comfortable heel.
• Breathable Xduro Knit upper – lightweight airflow.
